Using a private Talent Pool can be very beneficial and provide you with some detailed insights into your Talent source.
Employers have Talent Pools assigned to their accounts. For example all employers will have the Elevate Open Market Talent pool (public Talent Pool) assigned to their accounts. Employers can also have their own private Talent Pools.
Viewing Talent Pools:
- Click on the Recruit button on the left hand side of your screen and select Talent Pools from the menu.
- You can have one or several TPs added to your account. You can manage the candidates that are members of these Talent Pools according to their work experience in a certain industry, according to their skills and so on
Under this section you can view and edit details of your TP.
A list of all vacancies assigned to this Talent Pool can be viewed under the Vacancies tab.
Using the filters available, you can quickly narrow down your search and find the roles you want to take a look at. Filters include:
- Projects the vacancy belongs to
- Its Status - (open, draft, closed down, archived)
- Talent Pool the vacancy is assigned to
- Match review status
- Which user Created it
- Rates and Location
- Under the Members Invite tab you will find a full list of invites sent for this Talent Pool grouped under separate tabs according to their statuses ( Open or Pending, Accepted, Declined, Withdrawn or Cancelled).
- Click on the blue New Invite+ button to create a send an email notification to a new candidate inviting them to join your Private Talent Pool
