How to close down a vacancy
Fulfill or close down any vacancy on the Elevate platform from the Vacancy Dashboard.
- You can either choose the Close down button under the Status section or the blue Close button in the center of the screen
- Select a reason from the drop-down menu and add a few words that will be sent to all the applicants. Contact Elevate Support if you would like to customize the preset Reasons' list.
- Unless they have been marked as Hired, all applicants will receive an email notification, letting them know that this vacancy has been closed down.
You can now also Reopen a vacancy:
- Click on Re-open and once this has been done this will create a new match run
- All you need to do is to go through the match run and send new recommendations:
